Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Foot

i had a pleural effusion (tb) two year back and i have completed ten months course of AKT4 and last one year i have been suffering pain and mild swelling in my right foot i consult orthopedic doctor and he started rimactazid 450/300 mg 8 months and i have completed 4 months .My marriage held 3 years back and we dont have a baby till now and we want to plan a baby
so please tell me doctor that can this medicine interfere the process of conceiving and if i got preganant than it will be safe for the baby or not because i have to take this medicine 4 months more. (my age is 28 , hight 5' 1'', and weight 48 kg).
