Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Leg After Tibia Fracture

I had a tibia fracture in june of 2014. I still have considerable pain. the longer I am on or use it the more it hurts. it still swells and my leg is crooked often when walking it feels like the rop part of knee is sliding inward and lower leg sliding outward. is it normal and will I always have this pain?
