Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Lips After Injury

Last night I tripped and fell pretty hard. I bit my inner lower lip extremely hard and now there is a big gash and my lip is very swollen. How do I ease the pain and swelling? Also I must have hit my jaw because it hurts really bad and I can barley open my mouth at all without pain making it very hard to eat and chew. How do I ease this?
