Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Penis

Hello, I was out drinking and getting quite wasted on Friday night.
I was dancing with a girl for a few hours and ended crashing in the same bed and spooning fully clothed.
The next morning I woke and my forskin was swollen and painful. The pain continued on and off all day and by the night I noticed a swollen purple on either side of my penis even unerect. It is pretty frightening.

It is now the next evening (sunday) and it has been painful all day. It was an ignoreable pain during the day but now it is a stinging pain and it is hard to concentrate. The pain seems to be mainly on the right side near the base of the penis.

I would appreciate any advice as it is really worrying and because it is sunday I am unable to see a doctor.
