Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Right Arm

I fall from the chair on a wooden block and doctor first time say i do not what happen and after 1 week they say it is minor breakage . bur i cud not straitgen my arm and it is not possible to move it to left. it is my left arm . now it is vey little paining and swelling in it
