Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Testis

i am a 30 year old man who is going to marry so today I have diagnosed my testis as I was experiencing pain and swelling in my left testis. And I came know that I have varicocele. Can you please suggest me what to do. As I was going through some sites about how to cure and what are the risk in having a varicocele. They also said it can cause infertility and you may find it difficult to become a father. can you tell me how to reduce swelling and pain? I was masturbating for 5-6 years in 3 to 4 days gap but now for almost 2 years I have significantly reduced it from one time in a week or month and now I will completely left it.. Please suggest what to do. I am that after marriage it will cause problems or I will find it hard becoming father. Can I take some medicine or wear some types of underwear to prevent it from becoming worse. Thank you.
