Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Throat

Hi my name is Tracy, and I'm having problem swallowing, and when I do swallow I get a pain up the left side of my face, my throat is swollen on the left side and have a temperature, I have been taking sudofred and a migraine tablet but nothing is working, any advice
