I was running today on the train tracks because my work closed the gates and I couldn't get to my boyfriend, it was dark, snowing a little & i was running didn't see ice fell face first and smashed my knee in the ice. There's an egg on the bottom and my knee, it feels like it's loosing circulation but it's not, it was twitching by itself but now it just hurts a lot
