Suggest Treatment For Pain Around Kidney Area After Appendectomy

Dear sir, I had my appendix removed around December 2010 due to appendicitis. The pain around the right side of my stomach area went away but then came back worse. I went to see some doctors, and had a colonoscopy but everything came back normal. The doctor said my right kidney looked a little dilated but it s not much to be concerned about. But for peace of mind, has referred me to a kidney specialist. The pain around the area has become unbearable, it s usually on and off throbbing pain over 3 or 4 days around the right kidney area. Can you help please??
