Suggest Treatment For Pain Below Knees Long After Treating A Fractured Disc

I had a fall 1 year ago. I found out later that I had a fractured disc that they did not find at first in an X-Ray. I have worn a Velcro back brace for 6 weeks last summer, had 3 epidural injections in my back, been to a nerve doctor only to go back to the back dr. I have pain in my lower leg below the knee but not in my ankles. I also have pain in my left hip (which is the one I fell on) and my buttocks. Now they are sending me to PT. I am so disgusted. What is your answer?
