Suggest Treatment For Pain Below Right Rib Cage

Two months ago I went in with a pain just below my right rib cage. They decided to do an ultrsound of my gall bladder. Nothing showed up, the only thing they could find was that my white blood cell count was up through lab tests. Now after that my menstrual cycle has been extremely heavy and last twice as long as it used to.
