Suggest Treatment For Pain Below Shoulder Blade And Lower Back

Hi! I have a history of djd and now I have this pain in my side and back just below my right shoulder blade and lower back on right side.what can this be and who do I go see.pain is unbearable and never completely go away. Thanks! In advance for your help
