Suggest Treatment For Pain Between Rib Cages

I'm a 14 year old girl and I'm home from school today. I feel like someone punched me right between my rib cages. I get this pain a lot and it lasts about an hour and comes back later sometimes. I'm at home and I'm trying to study for an exam but I can't concentrate with the pain! Please help me!
