Suggest Treatment For Pain Caused By Wound Due To Tattoo

hi sir two weeks back i have inked tatoo on my wirth hand..so i rubbed with salt to remove the tatoo....it came to fade stage but my wound on my hand was still getting pain,,,what should i do to cure fast and recover my skin im using antiboties...plz help me sir
