Suggest Treatment For Pain Caused Due To An Operation

what is the best medicine for the patient who have just got out from the recovery room from an operation and now she's suffering from pain...the nurses says she can't have a pain reliever because she's low of hemoglobin.please we need an answer asap. thanks.
