Suggest Treatment For Pain Caused Due To Wounds On Scrotum

hi i have wounds on my strotums, according to nurse is infection ,she gave me an injection with no oitment to be applied on the wound , thewoun now dry but since there is no lubricant it pains me it brief, please dont i have to apply any ointment on it /
