Suggest Treatment For Pain Due To Human Leukocyte Antigen B27

hi,i am 26 years old, i have been tested positive for hlb27 a long time ago and i live most days in serve pain but the hospital said there is nothing else they can do to help me, other than give me pain killers, but we cant seem to find any that work, i was wondering if there is anything else that i can do to stop this pain
