Suggest Treatment For Pain Due To Neuroma After Episiotomy

When my son was born in september 2008 I had an episiotomy which healed very well, but I was left with neouroma. Till this day I feel pain and discomfort. I consulted my gin. and she recomended to do an reconstructive surgery. What is your openion on this issue? Is it ok to wait for my second child or should I get fix it asap? Thank you in advance.
