Suggest Treatment For Pain During Intercourse

Hi Doctor. I m 38 years old.I have sex with my bayfriend.but he pulled it out when he was about to release.But after 3 to 4 days I felt pain in my ovaries and crampings like , onthly periods.And also acidity in my stomach.Loss of apitiet.And a white vaginal discharge. My last lmp was on 4th of feb and always I im geting my periods before my due date.It is tody 7th of march without periods.on 2nd of march I have done a home pregnancy test but that was negative. On 3rd of march ihave done a blood pregnancy test that wa also negative. On 6th of march I have done another hpt but still negative. What is the problem
