Suggest Treatment For Pain From Blisters On Labia Majora

Hi I have small painfull blisters with red edges and a white/yellow middle on my labia majora, they appeared a week ago after walking. I feel it is probably a heat rash that has been irritated into forming blisters however I encounter more blisters each day. I'm concerned it may be all sorts of things, as the internet can give you all kinds of false and useless information to worry you. I am going to see my doctor Monday, however have you any tips on easing the pain until then?
