Suggest Treatment For Pain From Stitches Area?

i put my hand through a window 2yrs ago, as a result i wound up getting surgey to re connect some tendons, i still after all this time feel some pain from the stichers, they feel sharp inside my wrist, should they or was i suppose to have them removed.
