Suggest Treatment For Pain From Testicle To Chest

hi ..visited a doctor today ,he said i have epididymitis , have got pain in my right testicle and some round shaped ball formed on top of it.if i touch it i feel a lot of pain ,pain transfers from down to up till my chest.
what exactly is it.hope its not cancer???
