Suggest Treatment For Pain In Abdomen And Rib Cage

hi i had a baby 4 weeks ago and had to have a c section with a spinal tap I also have a hernia in my belly. I keep getting these awful middle nack pains that shoot into my belly area and under my rib cage and make it hard to breath what is this and what can I do to make the pain go away without taking pain pills.
