Suggest Treatment For Pain In Abdomen With Bloating And Shortness Of Breath

I have been experiencing painful abdominal symptoms. Bloating, severe pain, shortness of breath due to pain and discomfort in upper center and upper right abdomen. No feve , profuse perspiration, esp. at night. The main areas affected are the stomach, esophagus, small intestine (RUQ), diverse colon, RLQ pain radiating from right to left. Ultrasound of entire abdomen, gallbladder, appendix, liver, pancrease, uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, and all related areas are normal. I have gastritis w/ a history of perforated ulcer repair in 2003. I ve been diagnosed with diverticulitis, gastritis, GERD, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia (chronic; severe), My symptoms have exacerbated over a 4-5 yr. period. I have daily episodes of weakness, severe fatigue, flu like symptoms, diarrhea, no fever, shortness of breath. I can only lay down and try to sleep until the episode passes. I feel my condition has not been diagnosed because no one has looked for organisms, parasites or other Monsters Inside Me if you will, I want to know where to start looking for answers so I can bring my theory to my doctor with some investigation and education of my hypothesis. I am 51yrs. old, female, and in relatively good health. Complete lab test have been done and are normal. UA normal. Wgt. 140lbs, Hgt. 5 5 . No other medical conditions. Can you help me in any way?
