Suggest Treatment For Pain In Arms And Legs Along With Tiredness

I have shooting pains in my arms & legs, muscles & joints are sore, numbness in foot & hands & extremely tired all the time I also have like a buzzing in my head like a shock but without pain, I've had this about 3 years now gets worse at times & other times not too bad, I do get injections for vit b12 deficiency but it's not helping & GPS just keeps saying to cerry on with them
