Suggest Treatment For Pain In Back And Legs

ok i was in a car accident 11 years ago and the pain seems to be getting worse the past few years exspecially during the colder months...my problem is i have pain in my back and it goes into my legs and inti my new andhead... i have recently noticed i have pain in my right eye ... what can be causing this
