Suggest Treatment For Pain In Back And Neck

hi ,
I got involve in car accident 3 months ago and I was hit from behind .Sense then I cant sleep do way I did before ,I cant play with my kinds and I cant do the jobs I always was able to do .My back sometimes hurts ,my neck is not the same and my shoulder hurts when cracking .I m always very axis , some tingling sensations in my belly and sometimes I have ideas in cutting myself .I cant afford to pay to get my answer. my kids never got Christmas presents .
I was at the doctor and he told me to stop drinking coffee , I did , and things still the same .Sense the accident my life is all messed up . please any advice will be great full .
