Suggest Treatment For Pain In Back, Hip, Underarm And Leg

Hi doctor, i have been diagnosed with m s this last ten years, and am suffering from pain in my back, under my arm and my hip. the pain down my back is quite sharp and stinging while the pain in my left hip is constant and dull. what treatment would you prescribe for these symtoms. I also have pins and needles in my left leg.
