Suggest Treatment For Pain In Back Of Thigh

I have had 2 micro discectomies at l5/s1, recently picked up my dog and now I have mild concentric disc bulges at l4/l5 and l5/s1. Having pain in back of right thigh, not sure if i need to see a surgeon or try to work on it at home ? Really don't want another surgery but not sure I want this pain forever too ? Is this something that will be fixable with my history ?
