Suggest Treatment For Pain In Big Toe After Undergoing Bunion Surgery

I had bunion surgery 4 months ago and I am in more pain now then i was before the surgery and at my last appointment the doctor told me my big toe is right back where it was before the surgery and my bunion is back, did he do the procedure right? he said my toe just doesn't want to stay where he put it in surgery.
