Suggest Treatment For Pain In Bottom Of Ribcage

Hey! I have pain at the bottom of my rib cage towards the middle. It usually starts on the right side then moves to the middle and can last hours. I usually get them like once a month but I had this last friday night and again today. I didn't notice any pains til after I had my son. Can you tell me what this might be?
