Suggest Treatment For Pain In Buttocks Along With Bruising Post Injury

I wrecked a week ago on my ATV. I flipped off, going down hill, landed hard on my right butt cheek, rolled over and landed on my stomach. Ever since, I ve had a deep pain in my butt cheek w/o external bruising. No problem with ROM of that hip joint. Could I have fractured something in my pelvic area?
