Suggest Treatment For Pain In Calves

both my calfs hurt, they feel like I have been working out but I have not. I was recently admitted to a hospital for high blood pressure but they could not find the cause of the high blood pressure. I was given 2 nitro tabs to bottom me out to get the blood pressure down.
