Suggest Treatment For Pain In Chest Along With Cough

I have a lot of pain in my dyaphram it feels like its brused and hurts to touch it.....sometimes when I sneeze or cough it hurts really bad and I have a buldge like a knot that comes out and burns......when I touch it and stretch I can push it back in and I also feel like im having a lot of chest pain radiating to my back.
