Suggest Treatment For Pain In Chest And In Underarm

My left chest wall is in pain, not a sharpe pain, more like a muscle pain and into the underarm. I feel jittery, lightheaded, and labored breath. I have severe anxiety and panic attacks which are being treated, but this is not the same feelings. Any ideas? 34 female former smoker active 5 10 129lb.
