Suggest Treatment For Pain In Elbow After A Fracture

I fractured my elbow in August. There was a ton of swelling. I spent two weeks in splint followed by two weeks in a cast then two in a sling. I got full range of motion but the bruise (which runs the entire length of the splint plus some on the opposite has not faded) I have some pain that comes and goes and sometimes it s cold. Could I have a blood clot (5months post injury)
