Suggest Treatment For Pain In Erect Penis And Testicles

hi my problem is my hair fall due to excessive hand practice .i think excessive hand practice has damage my hair and my health as well..i m involve in it since 2002. during the time in i have done it twice a day or once in a day regularly. now i feel pain in my panie when i erect it. i have reduce hand practicing as i feel very week after doing it and my knees and my legs are become so cool and feel no strenth please tell me the solution to regain my health again..and also i feel pain in my testicals is that due to hand practicing??
