Suggest Treatment For Pain In Fore Skin Of Penis During Unprotected Sex

I have un circumised penis.iam having sex with condome without pulling my foreskin back and iam enjoying sex but now we are planning for child i tried inserting directly which is giving lot of pain on foreskin and also not able to ejacuate.kindly advice as this is quite embarissing.
