Suggest Treatment For Pain In Forearm

I fell down on friday night and gauged my elbow. there was a small piece of meat hanging out and I cleaned it out with peroxide and neosporin. I woke up two days ago with alot of pain in my forearm extensors. I am wondering if this is from an infection and whether I can do anything about without going to the doctor. I don't have insurance nor can I afford to go to the doctor. I am wondering if I deal with this myself. Also If I gotta pay for an answer than I gotta go somewhere else cuz I don't even own a CC. Also I just broke it open and it was a clear bloody fluid.
