Suggest Treatment For Pain In Forehead While Bending After Removing Meningioma

my mom had a menigioma (benign) removed from her head about 8 months ago. no radiation and anything
but meds . Keppra . Now every once a while when she bends over she gets a pain in the front part of the
head. What could this be, she had a follow up mri about a month ago, and everything thing is clean .
