Suggest Treatment For Pain In Groin Area Along With Soreness In Buttocks

Hi I swim a lot and have developed a pain in my groin in the last week. The upper part of my bum has also been sore. I sit at a desk all day at work all have noticed a shooting pain in my leg on occasion....my skin in the are has begun to feel like it s burning and it sore to touch. I have taken voltarol for two days. This eased the symptoms. I stopped taking it today and I m sore tonight. I have perfect movement but my skin feels like I m sun burned. please advise. thanks.
