Suggest Treatment For Pain In Head And Leg After Treated Throat Infection

my child has throat infections and cough. Doc advised to take azithral for six days one each day. after two days he developed stomach and leg pain. I consulted another doc, he told tat this is due to azithromycin efect and given one tablet for stomach pan. same day my child complained of severe pan in legs and hands joints and thighs, then he prescribed ark ap. His esr values was 35mm. Now after one week of treatment he is fine and sometimes complains of leg pain ad head ache. Pl suggest?
