Suggest Treatment For Pain In Head During Pregnancy

Hello, I am 13 weeks pregnant, not sure if it has anything to do with this but i have had terrible throbbing pain at the right back side of my head right above my neck.. the last time i had head pain this bad i had meningitis ... What could be causing this its been four days now
