Suggest Treatment For Pain In Head Of The Penis

The head of my penis hurts. It also hurts when I urinate but when I urinate it only drips out. this also feels like someone is stabbing me in my penis. After I am done urinating I feel like there is nothing wrong at all for about 5 to 30 minutes then it starts all over again.
