Suggest Treatment For Pain In Heels

Hello doctor, I am 36 Years old, and I am 77 Kgs with 5.7' Height. I am getting heel pain for few months now, earlier it use to come and go in few days, but for the past 2 weeks, condition is slowly getting worsen, Is this a initial stage of diabetics or something like that..? how to cure this..?
