Suggest Treatment For Pain In Knee, Ankles, Feet

I'm only 19 but my knees, ankles, and feet hurt constantly. I take a pain pill every day but it's only been dulling the pain. The joints hurt and the bones hurt and I get shooting pains in my foot. I'm 5'4" and have no significant medical history other than some migraines.
