my knee has been bothering me for 6+mos..3 wks ago became very swollen..2 days after that my hips and shoulders became very painful..especially at night..cant sleep..put on socks or anything..no insurance...er visit?they will just refer me to a specialist..i cant afford that as i am not able to work because of pain..advice?
