Suggest Treatment For Pain In Left Breast While Taking Deep Breaths

I was changing the sheets this moring and leaned over the foot board to tuck in the sheets. I didn t realize how hard I was leaning (and it was above my left breast). I am having quite a bit of pain and it hurts when I take a deep breath. What could I have done to myself. Thank you Maria johnston
