Suggest Treatment For Pain In Left Deltoid After Falling

Went snowboarding last weekend, when I fell I noticed a twinge of pain in my left deltoid. It improved over the days, but still with some weakness. Tonight, while taking a bath I felt a sharp pain and now it is very uncomfortable to move. No swelling or bruising. Should I be concerned?
