Suggest Treatment For Pain In Left Hand

Hi Doctor - My dad is about 70 years age. Every night he feels lot of pain for his left hand and unable to sleep. He is spending sleepless nights every day because of this pain. Doctors have referred so many medicines. He is taking those medicines since 8 to 9 months but of no use. The pain still persists. Please suggest a remedy for this.
